Dear Mr Percy
Thank you for your e-mail of 18th October.
I note that you would like to proceed with the research. In this respect perhaps you would like to let me have a cheque in the sum of £500, made payable to the College of Arms.
I find this is more satisfactory than an electronic transfer as banks never seem to be able to effect such a transfer in a satisfactory manner.
In the meantime, I note that you are sending further evidences which I will look forward to receiving in due course.
